Chanel
Fashion design house founded by Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel in 1910. Chanel was known first for her hats, and later for the relatively relaxed but elegant fashions that replaced corset-based styles with simple jersey suits and dresses, and later, pants. The iconic Chanel suit was introduced after the war, in 1954. Chanel died in 1971.
The first Chanel fragrance, Chanel No. 5, was launched in 1921, and like other early Chanel fragrances (Chanel no. 22, Bois des Iles, Gardenia and Cuir de Russie) was created by perfumer Ernest Beaux. Various apocryphal stories surround the creation of Chanel No. 5, including the well-known tale that the final formula was the result of an error on the part of Beaux's assistant, who mistakenly increased the intended amount of aldehydes. Regardless, No. 5 was a huge seller and became one of the world's best known perfumes.
Armani Code
The Armani fashion house was founded in 1975 by Giorgio Armani. Born in Piacenza, 40 miles south of Milan, in 1934, Giorgio entered the fashion industry as a window dresser but soon established himself as a fashion designer. Over the years, Armani has grown to become a global brand synonymous with elegant simplicity and sophistication, an ethos that has continued to motivate and inspire Giorgio, and is apparent in everything from Armani clothing, jewellery, watches and cosmetics to Armani perfume and even home interiors.
Flower Bomb
An explosive bouquet of fresh and sweet notes arrives with perfume Flowerbomb, designed by Olivier Polge, Carlos Benaim and Domitille Berthier.
It was introduced in 2005, as an oriental perfume.
Top notes tingle with fresh and sweet accords of bergamot and green tea.
A heart is floral and opulent with intensive, sweet and pure Sambac jasmine, seductive Centifolia rose, freesia and Cattleya orchid. Musk and patchouli in a base wrap us with an oriental scent, while its milky and powdery notes gently fondle our skin.
The bottle was designed by Fabien Baron, in shape of diamond-granate, alluding at the fragrance itself, since it is so explosive, sophisticated and glamorous. It was introduced at the 10th anniversary of Viktor&Rolf house’s work. It is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml EDP and EDT. Flowerbomb was created by Olivier Polge, Carlos Benaim, Domitille Bertier and Dominique Ropion.
PacoRobanne
Paco Rabanne is a French fashion house founded in 1966. Francisco "Paco" Rabaneda Cuervo, the Spanish-born fashion designer more widely known as Paco Rabanne, fled Spain with his family during the Spanish Civil War. Growing up in Paris, he is an architect by training, but he started his fashion career designing jewelry for other houses before trying his hand at clothing design. He quickly became known for his eclectic fashions featuring unconventional materials such as metal and paper.
The house's first perfume is the now-legendary women's scent Calandre, introduced in 1969. A series of innovative fragrances in distinctive bottles for both men and women have followed. Paco Rabanne fashions and fragrances are produced in conjunction with Puig.
Designer Paco Rabanne has 66 perfumes in our fragrance base. The earliest edition was created in 1969 and the newest is from 2016. Paco Rabanne fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Michel Hy, Robert Gonnon, Olivier Cresp, Pierre Wargnye, Rosendo Mateu, Jean Martel, Jacques Cavallier, Emilie (Bevierre) Coppermann, Fabrice Pellegrin, Mark Buxton, Veronique Nyberg, Anne Flipo, Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion, Loc Dong, Christophe Raynaud, Olivier Pescheux, Michel Girard, Beatrice Piquet, Bruno Jovanovic and Gerard Anthony.
